Community Dialogue: Let’s Talk Mental Health

Description
The 2015 National Health and Morbidity Surveys showed that one in three Malaysians suffer from mental health issues due to stress. Why does this happen? What can we do as an individual, a community to improve our inner well-being?

In this community dialogue, our objectives are to increase open discussion of mental health, debate the current healthcare landscape of Malaysia, and hear from the audience on the perspective of receiving mental healthcare.

In a safe space, we wish to debunk the myth of mental health and provide tools to the audience so that we can better support each other’s journey without judgement.
